Bn8 Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide to Using Our Platform

1 Introduction & Acknowledgement

Bn8 (hereinafter referred to as the "platform", "we", or "bn8") provides online Sports Betting, lottery, and gaming services to members in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bn8.

By visiting the bn8 website, opening an account, making a deposit, or playing any game, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with bn8, accurate and complete information must be provided. bn8 reserves the right to verify any details submitted during registration.

Information required for registration:

• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Full legal name (as per National ID)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Email address (optional but recommended)
• A strong password

Account Rules:

• Each individual may only operate one account.
• Family members may use separate accounts from the same device or IP address, though bn8 reserves the right to verify this.
• Members are responsible for keeping their account information up to date and accurate.
• Your password must never be shared with anyone. Account security is the member's own responsibility.
• Bn8 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3 Age & Eligibility

All bn8 services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from opening or using an account or conducting any financial transactions on bn8.

Bn8 may request a copy of your national ID, birth certificate, or passport for age verification at any time. Certain account activities may be restricted until verification is complete.

Any report of an underage user accessing an account will result in that account being suspended immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bn8 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer options are also being rolled out in phases.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳50
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (without special verification)
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in the member's own name may be used.

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳200
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification may be required for a first-time large withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bn8 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions for regular members. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions.

General bonus rules:

• Reading the specific terms of the relevant promotion before claiming any bonus is mandatory.
• Most bonuses come with wagering requirements — typically between 5x and 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only available after wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Each promotion can only be claimed once.
• Bonus validity is generally between 7 and 30 days.

Bn8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If bonus abuse is detected, action will be taken against the relevant account.

6 Betting Rules

There are a few general rules that apply to all Sports Betting at bn8. These rules cover every type of bet placed on the platform.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bn8 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Placing bets on match-fixing or rigged games is strictly prohibited.

Minimum & Maximum Bet:

• Minimum bet: ৳10
• Maximum bet: varies by event and market (see the event page for details)
• Maximum single-bet winnings: ৳50,00,000 (without special approval)

7 Lottery & Draws

The following rules apply to participation in bn8's lottery section. Draw results are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Tickets cannot be cancelled after purchase, unless a cancellation request is submitted at least 2 hours before the scheduled draw time.
• Lottery prizes not claimed within 72 hours of announcement may be forfeited by bn8.
• Draw results are final. No appeals will be accepted.
• If a draw is cancelled due to a technical error, all ticket purchases will be refunded.
• Identity verification is mandatory before any large prize can be claimed.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bn8 and, if proven, will result in immediate account termination:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus abuse (claiming bonuses under multiple identities)
• Money Laundering or Transactions Involving Illegal Funds
• Hacking or unauthorized access to platform software
• Placing bets on fixed matches or using insider information
• Placing Bets Using Automated Bots or Scripts
• Use of third-party payment methods
• Completing KYC Using False Identification

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Bn8 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms
• Failure to Verify Identity
• Suspicious Transactions or Betting Activity
• Account closure at the member's own request
• No account activity for an extended period (12 months+)

Members who wish to close their account may contact customer support. Any available balance can be withdrawn before closure, provided the account is not being closed due to a terms violation.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

• Bn8 does not sell member information to third parties.
• KYC documents are stored on secure, encrypted servers.
• Bn8 is required to disclose information when ordered to do so by law enforcement authorities.

11 Responsible Gaming

Bn8 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a primary source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

The following responsible gaming features are available at bn8:

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set at any time.
• Betting Limits: The ability to set a maximum stake per single bet.

In the event of any dispute regarding these terms, bn8's decision shall be considered final. However, if a member believes a decision is unfair, they may appeal through customer support.
